Join us to make speculaas biscuits, a treat from the Netherlands, a nation that played a pivotal role in the historic spice trade. We will use traditional wooden molds, imported from the Netherlands, and a homemade Dutch spice blend to craft these authentic cookies. A traditional method that predates the use of baking paper is to bake the biscuits on top of a layer of sliced almonds, making them extra special.This lesson is for up to 6 people and you take home your bake.
