These cute little biscuits were first introduces by Be-ro flour company in the UK and are a lovely old fashioned little treat. A biscuity dough is rolled in oats and melts in the oven spreading a little. I wanted to make these even more short and crumbly and this recipe is the result. I think they taste even better the next day. Nice with a cup of tea! This lesson is for up to 6 people and you take home your own bake.
