Originally Jamaican, hummingbird cake is a big favourite for birthdays and celebrations in the American south. Moist and perfectly spiced, like carrot cake, but instead of carrots we have pineapples and bananas! Extra delicious with lots of cream cheese frosting, and made super cute with the edible flower decoration. This lesson is for up to 6 people and you will also take home the cake you make in class.
