今回のワークショップはペクチンを使って簡単なジャム作りのレッスンです。イギリスで定番のお味の２つをレッスンで作ります：「いちごジャム」と「ラスベリージャム」。ジャムを１種類ずつお持ち帰りいただけます。そして美味しいと簡単だけではなく、冷凍のフルーツでも美味しく簡単に作れるので年中いつでも作れます！ 回数券お持ちの方はもちろん使っても可能ですが、レッスンにいらっしゃる時はプラス4,000円を頂きますのでご了承ください。（そうしますとは4回の回数券はいつも通り250円お得になりますと、8回の場合は500円お得になります。）このレッスンは6名までです。

This workshop is about making easy jam using added pectin. We'll make two types of jam in class, both very popular in the UK ? strawberry, and raspberry. You'll take home a jar each of delicious strawberry jam and raspberry jam. Not only is it a very easy and tasty method, you can make these jams very successfully using frozen fruits, and so they can be made any time of year. If you have a “kaisuuken” multi-ticket, you can use it for this lesson, and there will be a surplus charge of 4,000 yen which you can pay on the day (in this way you retain your regular 500 yen discount for holders of the 8-multitickets, and 250 yen discount for holders of the 4-multitickets). This lesson is for up to 6 people.
