オランダお菓子も大好き！12月のオープンベーカリーに「シンタクラース」祭りに近いため、この数年オランダのお菓子も少々作ることになっている。オランダ人の義理母からレシピとアドバイスをいただいて、と〜ても美味しいお菓子できました！もう、毎年の楽しみになってきました。これは多分私が一番好きなオランダ菓子。自家製オランダのスパイスミックスを使った柔らかいジンジャーブレッド生地に、自家製オランダスタイルのマジパン。本格的ですよ！自分で作ったビスケットを持ち帰っていただけます。このレッスンは6名までです。

I love Dutch bakes too! With recipes and lots of advice from my mother in law, for the past few years we have made some Dutch sweets around the Sinterklaas festival for our December Open Bakery days. This one is perhaps my favourite. A soft, speculaas spiced gingerbread dough is wrapped around homemade Dutch style marzipan. Such a treat, and tastes very authentic! You'll take home the biscuits you make in class. This lesson is for up to 6 people.
