イギリスお菓子では一番知られている、スコーンを自分で作ってみませんか？実はこのシンプルなお菓子でも、いろいろな種類のレシピはあります。このレッスンで紹介する作り方は伝統的で、簡単。外がさくっと、中がしっとり、イギリスの家庭で一番多く作られているスコーンの種類です。他のもうちょっと複雑な作り方についても、もし興味がありましたら説明しますね。スコーンは焼きながら一般イギリスの家庭でミルクティーの入れ方も教えますと、プチお土産も付き！このレッスンは6名までです。作ったスコーンはお持ち帰りいただけます。

A must for afternoon tea the humble scone is probably the best known British baked treat in Japan. Though simple there are actually many different ways to make them. In the lesson we'll use a very traditional homely method of making them but if you're interested we can also explain about some of the more involved methods if you're interested to know! Since many of our students study British tea during this lesson we'll also show you the way regular Brits make their tea at home-it might be a little different to what you've been told is the best way to make tea (!) as well as give you a little present to take away with you. This lesson is for up to 6 people and you will also take home the scones you make in class.
