Traditional Scottish shortbread is made to a recipe, the basic foundation of which has remained unchanged for hundreds of years. It makes a simple biscuit that is super rich, crumbly and delicious, and loved around the world. While our 'petticoat tails' shape biscuits are baking, we will also make spiral, or 'pinwheel' biscuits using chocolate and plain shortbread dough. You'll take home the two types of biscuit you make in class. This lesson is for up to 6 people.
