I've recently been craving this traditional style of carrot cake, moist, sweet and simple to make, with lashings of cream cheese frosting and cute marzipan carrots on top. Quite different to our regular carrot cake, and of course, you'll make the carrots in class! This lesson is for up to 6 people and you will also take home the cake you make in class.
