An absolute British classic, said to have been Queen Victoria's favourite cake, the Victoria sponge cake is bound up in the origins of afternoon tea. In the lesson you will use the classic creaming method (wooden spoon and muscle power!) to make your own 15cm cake to take home. This lesson is for up to 6 people.
