Online lesson to make macaroon at home!

In addition to the recipe, online lessons include easy-to-understand demonstrations with detailed instructions, questions from the live event participants, and often stories about the bake etc. from Stacey.

Live event is Saturday the 28th of August 2021 from 1:00-2:00pm
In this video lesson Stacey will teach you:
- How to make traditional almond macaroons and nostalgic coconut macaroons.
- The traditional way to bake them
- How to shape them and coat the coconut ones with chocolate

Techniques you will learn:
- This time it's so easy, mainly just mixing the ingredients together!

When you book, please let us know your Instagram user name. We will give you access to a designated Instagram account, where you can view the live session, the final edited video with closeups etc, and all the accompanying reference photos and recipe. We will also send you a link to a printable copy of the recipe in English and Japanese.

You can view the videos as many times as you like after the live, and ask questions in the comments, so you can still learn how to make the sweets even if you can't attend during the live broadcast.
