In addition to the recipe, online lessons include easy-to-understand demonstrations with detailed instructions, questions from the live event participants, and often stories about the bake etc. from Stacey.

- How to shape them without any rolling pins or cookie cutters

We will give you access to a designated Instagram account, where you can view the live session, the final edited video with closeups etc, and all the accompanying reference photos and recipe. We will also send you a link to a printable copy of the recipe in English and Japanese.

You can view the videos as many times as you like after the live, and ask questions in the comments, so you can still learn how to make the sweets even if you can't attend during the live broadcast.
