オンラインレッスンはレシピ以外にも、分かりやすいデモンストレーションと詳しい説明、そしてライブで参加された方からの質問やステイシーお菓子について纏わる話などいろいろ。

レッスンでステイシーがこのことを教えます：
● クランペット生地の作り方
● 発酵のタイミングと生地の目安についてのガイダンス
● 表面に穴いっぱいできるためのコツ3つ

勉強できるテクニック：
● ホットプレートでクランペットの作り方（フライパンもOK!）

ビデオは何回も見ても・コメントで質問しても可能ですので、ライブで参加できなかった方でもお菓子の作り方はちゃんと学べます！

Crumpets - Online Lesson! (This is the online lesson video, a combined lesson kit & online lesson package is also available.)

In addition to the recipe, online lessons include easy-to-understand demonstrations with detailed instructions, questions from the live event participants, and often stories about the bake etc. from Stacey.

Live broadcast:
Saturday the 13th of March 2021 from 1:30-2:30pm

In this video Stacey teaches you:
- How to mix the crumpet batter
- Tips on timing the proofs and goal consistency of the batter
- How to get great holes!

Techniques you will learn:
- Making crumpets on a hotplate (frying pan also ok!)

When you book, please let us know your Instagram user name. We will give you access to a designated Instagram account, where you can view the live session, the final edited video with closeups etc, and all the accompanying reference photos and recipe. We will also send you a link to a printable copy of the recipe in English and Japanese.

You can view the videos as many times as you like after the live, and ask questions in the comments, so you can still learn how to make the sweets even if you couldn't attend during the live broadcast.
