Such fun to make! These classic retro biscuits are lovely, especially filled with whipped cream. They look a little like Italian cannoli, but these are baked rather than fried, and used to be traditional “fairings” sweets sold at regional fairs in the UK. This lesson is for up to 6 people and you will also take home what you make in class.
