レッスンの予約がキャンセル又は変更したい場合は出来るだけ早くeメールにてご連絡を頂ければとても助かります。レッスンの事前準備の関係と、レッスンを出来るだけ多くの方が参加できるように、レッスン日が近づくとキャンセル料金が発生しますのでご了承下さい。

一般レッスンの予約をキャンセル・変更したい場合：
（日々の変更は、今の予約をキャンセルし、改めて予約することになりますのでご注意ください）
 

• 72時間以上まで：予約は無料でキャンセルができます
• 25〜72時間以内：キャンセル料金の50％が発生します
• 24時間以内：キャンセル料金の100％になります

貸切予約をキャンセル・変更したい場合：
（日々の変更は、今の予約をキャンセルし、改めて予約することになりますのでご注意ください。
貸切はグループ予約になるため一部のキャンセルは出来かねますのでご了承ください。なお、こられない方の代わりに出席する代理人を用意することは可能です。）
 

• ２週間前まで：予約は無料でキャンセルができます
• 72時間〜14日間（336時間）前以内：キャンセル料金の50％が発生します
• 72時間以内：キャンセル料金の100％になります

ご返金の際に銀行振込の場合は、振込手数料を引いた金額のご返金となります。

商品の注文のキャンセル又は変更：

ご注文をいただいてから7日以内に、それともご希望の到着日前（どちらか早い方）に、支払いをお願いいたします。

食品のご注文をキャンセルしたいお客様は、お届け予定日の7日前までに連絡をいただければ無料でキャンセルができます。お届け予定日の4日間前にキャンセルする場合にはキャンセル料金の50％が発生します。お届け予定日の3日以内のキャンセル料金は100％なりますのでご了承下さい。

商品の注文を変更したい場合には、お届け予定日の4日間前までに変更はある程度可能ですので、お電話・メールにてご連絡して下さい。

その他のキャンセル又は変更：

食品やレッスン以外のご注文をキャンセルしたいお客様はご連絡下さい。まだ発送していない段階でしたら無料で対応します。


Return Policies
 
RETURNS
 
If there is a fault with the product upon delivery, please contact us within 3 days to arrange for a replacement to be sent. When you receive your new item you must give the delivery driver your faulty product in its original packaging, to facilitate our inspection. We will arrange the postage label and return payment, and send it with your new product.
 
We will be unable to accept returns for items inappropriately stored or those that have passed their expiration date. Please note that we are unable to accept returns based solely on personal dislike.
 
CANCELLATIONS
 
--Lessons
 
If you would like to cancel a lesson reservation you have made, please let us know as soon as possible by email. Because we prepare for lessons in advance, and so that as many people as possible are able to attend, please understand that we will need to charge for cancellations made close to the start of the lessons.

You can find the details of our cancellation policy below:

Cancelling reservations for a regular lesson:

• More than 72 hours notice - no charge
• Between 25-72 hours - 50% cancellation fee
• 24 hours or less/no shows - not refundable (100% cancellation fee)

 
Cancelling a group booking reservation:
(Please note that partial refunds for group bookings are not possible, but you can bring an alternative attendee to take part in the canceller's place.)

• At least 2 weeks notice - no charge
• Between 72 hours and 2 weeks (336 hours) - 50% cancellation fee
• 72 hours or less/no shows - not refundable (100% cancellation fee)

Refunds requiring a bank transfer will incur a small handling charge to cover the transfer fees.

--Food Items
 
Please make payment within 7 days of placing your order, or before your preferred delivery date, whichever is sooner. 

Customers wishing to cancel their order of a food item can do so by contacting us by phone or email up to 7 days before the scheduled delivery date and there will be no cancellation charge. Cancellations made up to 4 days before the delivery date will incur a 50% cancellation fee, and those made in 3 days or fewer will incur a 100% cancellation charge.
 
Changes to orders can be made within reason up to 4 days before the scheduled delivery date. Please contact us by phone or email.

To cancel non-food/lesson orders please contact us. If we haven't arranged to send out the package yet we will cancel for you free of charge.
